摘    要:以目前国内最大的C2C商务平台淘宝网上个人店铺为研究对象,通过对当前国内电子商务环境和淘宝网店现状的分析,从内在价值体系构建和外部营销策略两个方面对网店运营管理进行了探讨。

On the Operating Strategies of Taobao Shops

Abstract:The paper is aimed to study the individual shops on Taobao which is the largest C2Ctrading platform in China.Upon analysis of the domestic e-commerce environment and Taobao shops'current situations,the paper discusses the shops'operation and management from two aspects of internal value system construction and external marketing strategies,hoping to help Taobao shops with operation and management as well as marketing strategies.
