| 摘 要： | 国际联盟是世界上第一个政治性的国际组织。长期以来 ，我国史学界对这一组织的研究未给予充分的重视。近１０年来，关于国际联盟的起源、威尔 逊与国际联盟、对国际联盟的重新评价、国际联盟的性质和作用以及国际联盟与联合国的比 较研究等方面提出了一些新观点。
