| 摘 要： | 保守主义女性主义、自由主义女性主义、激进女性主义和社会主义女性主义等不同流派的女性主义者对福利有不同的诠释和取向;以不同流派女性主义理论内涵及由此演绎出的两大福利议题为视角,对各流派女性主义的福利取向进行了评估;并从福利国家所造成的＂性别区隔＂、漠视市场外家务劳动的价值以及在劳动政策上将女性视为可调节劳动市场供需失衡的廉价劳动力等方面,对其进行反思与批判。

| Abstract: | The various feminists,such as conservatism feminist,liberal feminist,radicalism feminist and socialism feminist,have different explanation and orientation about welfare.According to the different feminist theory meanings and two welfare issues,the paper evaluates various feminists＇ welfare orientation. The paper also reflects and criticizes the welfare state,which brings about gender segregation,disregards the value of extra-market housework,and also reflects and criticizes the labor policy that treats female as low-priced labor force who can adjust the supply and demand imbalanced in the market. |
