| 摘 要： | 重在实用的公文，作为处理公务的重要工具有其独特的美学特征。实用性是公文最显著的特性，公文的内容具有实用美和威严美；公文的主题明确单一．表现为鲜明美和单纯美；公文材料呈现为真实美和准确美；统一有序的公文格式体现出规范美和严整美；公文语言之美是一种严肃、和谐的庄重、得体美。

While its content has the practical beauty and august beauty. Its theme has clear-cut beauty and simple beauty. Its material appears real beauty and exact beauty. Its unified order embodies standard beauty and well-conceived beauty. Its language has serious and harmonious solemnity and proper beauty. |
