| 摘 要： | 入世后的外资旅行社投资方式由中方控股转为以独资和外方控股为主,投资区域逐渐向中西部延伸,其经营模式日益体现出竞争优势。面对外资旅行社带来的巨大冲击,笔者认为我国旅行社业在入世后过渡期内应当从法律法规方面对在华外资旅行社的发展进行规范,改革我国旅行社业分工体系和管理制度,增强防范风险的能力,以取得稳定、持续的发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the elaboration of China travel agency industry's developing process of opening up to the outside world and the comparative analysis on the changes of the foreign-invested travel agencies before and after China joined WTO, this article concludes with the suggestion that so as to gain sustained development during the transitional period after China joined WTO. China travel agency industry should regulate the foreign travel agencies by means of laws, and carry out the reformation on the labor-division-structure and management system of the domestic travel agencies, and reinforce the capacity to prevent risks. |
