| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展和自然资源的枯竭，林业资源型城市面临着较为严重的经济、生态、社会矛盾。本文对资源型城市可持续发展的制度约束和制度内涵进行了阐述，并对林业资源型城市可持续发展的制度障碍进行了深入分析，从而从政府行政制度、城市管理职能、产业制度、管理体制、产权制度和社会保障制度等方面构建了林业资源型城市可持续发展的制度体系。 |
