社会工程是社会结构转型的物质承担者

社会工程是人们改造社会世界,调整社会关系、控制社会运行的社会实践过程,是社会结构生成与变迁的实际承担者,是人类从野蛮走向文明的“主战场”。社会结构一般系指社会诸要素之间在互相作用过程中形成的相对稳定的社会关系,是由社会主体的行动关联方式、状态和过程所构成的复杂系统。一定的社会结构在社会工程实施中生成,一定的社会结构又在社会工程创新中变迁。社会主义和谐社会将在社会工程设计、实施中由理想变成现实。
