全球价值链组织与治理的目的是为了最大限度地获取各个环节上的经济租,位于价值链上的厂商不仅面临着处于链上同一环节厂商的竞争,也面临着来自价值链之外同类厂商的威胁。价值链上的厂商数量与价值链外厂商的数量决定了竞争的激烈程度、经济租金水平的高低。处于价值链同一环节的厂商为了获取或提高经济租以确保自己的竞争力,会通过创新来创造垄断以获取短期的"准经济租"。同时,处于价值链之外的同类厂商也在致力于通过创新挤进价值链从而获取经济租。

The Organization and Management of Economic Rent in the Global Value Chain

The objective of organization and management of global value chain is to obtain the maximum economic rent from each level.Factories in value chain are not only faced with the challenge from factories in the same level,but also confronted with threats from the same kind of factories outside the chain.The factory quantities in the value chain and outside the value chain determine the intensity of competition and the scale of economic rent.To obtain or raise economic rent,factories in the same level of value chain will create monopoly through innovation to acquire short-time "quasi-economic rent" to guarantee their competitiveness.In the meantime,the same kind of factories outside the value chain will also devote themselves to squeezing into value chain to obtain economic rent by innovation.
