| 摘 要： | 和谐世界是以胡锦涛为总书记的新一代中央领导集体对新时期我国外交政策目标的新概括,是指导我国对外工作和处理国际关系的新方针,是对邓小平外交战略在继承中的创新与发展,是我国一贯奉行的独立自主和平外交政策的理论升华.和谐世界理念的提出表明中国继续坚持走和平发展的道路,这条道路的精髓就是争取和平的国际环境来发展自己,又以自身的发展促进国际和平,她向世界完整准确地传达了一个负责任的发展中大国的善意和意志.

| Abstract: | The idea of harmonious world is a new product of the new generation central collective leadership which take Hu Jin Tao as general secretary.It is a new guiding principle that guides our country's foreign affairs and handles the international relations.It is innovative and developing Deng Xiaoping's diplomacy strategies,and the distillation of our country's independent and peaceful foreign policy.Harmonious world idea indicates that China continues insisting on the road developing along peace.The soul of it is to promote world peace with self development to come to strive for a peaceful international environment.It has accurately conveyed a large developing country's goodwill to the world. |
