| 摘 要： | 我国是一个人口大国,相对于现有的经济规模来说,劳动力供大于求的矛盾将长期存在, 如何安排就业成为一个突出的社会问题。本文根据相关的统计资料,运用计量经济学的研究方法,力图 找出影响我国就业率的主要因素,并在此基础上进行了预测和分析。

| Abstract: | There are large amount of population in China.so the contradictory between supply and demand is always existed. How to arragnge the employment has become the sticking social problem. The article tries to find out the main factors to influence Chinese employment rate according to corresponding statistic data and applying the researching method of econometrics and thus makes the forecasting on it. |
