| Abstract: | This paper analyses the importance of the ethos cultivation based on the connotation of the ethos.The ways to cultivate the new ethos should attach importance to inherit the traditional culture, assimilate the foreign excellent culture and keep pace with the times because of the three characteristics of the ethos: stability, exclusivity and conservativeness. |
