建构主义与当代职业教育教学观的转变

摘    要:作为哲学认识论的建构主义,对人类自身学习规律给出了崭新的解释,促成了一种新的学习论和教学范式。当代社会经济的变化、“能力”概念的宽泛化以及人们对工作环境中学习本质的重新认识,是推动当代职业教育教学观从行为主义向建构主义转变的根本原因。建构主义职业教育教学观的核心理念涉及到教学过程中的师生关系、课程整合、教学模式和教学评价四个方面,是对职业教育教学观的全面更新。

Abstract:Constructivism,as epistemology,is inducing a brand-new understanding on learning laws of human being and the formation of learning theory and new teaching pattern based on constructivism.The teaching ideas of contemporary vocation- al education are transforming from behaviorism to constructivism along with contemporary social-economic great changes,the broadening of the concept of competence,and recognition of learning essence in workshop.The core ideas of teaching based on constructivism cover the relationship of teachers and students,curriculum integration,teaching patterns,and teaching as- sessment,which totally renews teaching ideas of vocational education.
