Constructivism and Transformation of Teaching Ideas of Contemporary Vocational Education

Constructivism,as epistemology,is inducing a brand-new understanding on learning laws of human being and the formation of learning theory and new teaching pattern based on constructivism.The teaching ideas of contemporary vocation- al education are transforming from behaviorism to constructivism along with contemporary social-economic great changes,the broadening of the concept of competence,and recognition of learning essence in workshop.The core ideas of teaching based on constructivism cover the relationship of teachers and students,curriculum integration,teaching patterns,and teaching as- sessment,which totally renews teaching ideas of vocational education.
