企业文化与心理契约的关系研究

摘    要:企业文化是以企业的价值观为核心的企业意识形态,而心理契约是企业文化的基石。企业员工心理契约内含的价值取向与企业文化所提倡的价值观念是否一致,直接决定着员工对企业的认可程度。从价值观的角度揭示了心理契约与企业文化的目标一致性。

Abstract:Enterprise culture is an enterprise ideology with enterprise value as the core,and psychological contract is the cornerstone of enterprise culture.Whether the value orientation contained in enterprise staff's psychological contract is identical with the values advocated by enterprise culture directly determines the extent of enterprise employees' recognition of the enterprise.This article revealed the goal of psychological contract is identical with that of the enterprise culture from the angle of values.
