| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识经济的时代 ,各国经济的竞争在很大程度上表现为高新技术产业的竞争 ,而风险投资是高新技术产业发展的重要保证。虽然风险投资经历了 2 0 0 1年的惨败 ,但将继续发挥推动经济的作用。文章结合中国的风险投资公司的实际操作状况从政治风险、管理风险及评估风险等角度提出了具体的风险控制方法和操作方法。

| Abstract: | The 21st century belongs to Knowledge-based Economy. The High-tech industry is an important field on economic competitions between countries. And we know that venture investment is an important guarantee for High-tech industry though it has undergone a hardship during 2001. But it will continue to impulse the economic development. In this thesis, we analyze the political risks, management risks and evaluation risks of venture investment integration with the factual operation. Finally, the article expounds the specific methods in controlling and operating the risks on venture investment. |
