| 摘 要： | "三区融合、联动发展"是上海市在实践科教兴市主战略过程中探索出来的、适合科教发达的特大和大城市中心城区发展的、城区经济创新发展的新模式。"三区融合、联动发展"有效地实现了高等教育发展与区域经济发展、产业集群布局、社会功能拓展的有机融合,为科教兴市、增强城区自主创新活力开辟了新的道路,适时对其进行理论总结,具有重大的理论与实践意义。

| Abstract: | Three-zone convergence and synchronized development is a suitable model for the development of centre cities of well development large cities and the innovation development of city proper economy,which is the result of practicing the strategy of developing the city by science and technology in Shanghai city.Three-zone convergence and synchronized development can efficiently implement the integration of development of higher education and regional economy,industrial cluster and distribution,and the expansion of social function,so as to break a new path for developing the city by science and technology and strengthening the autonomous innovation. |
