| 摘 要： | 战国至南北朝,是我国封建社会的早期阶段。其间,我国的封建监狱制度,包括监狱的设置、狱政思想的形成以及监管制度的建立,历经了一个由产生到发展的演化过程,具有丰富的内涵及特征。其作用表现为:一是完成了监狱制度由奴隶制向封建制的重大转变;二是为后来的各代封建王朝监狱制度的发展和完善,奠定了深厚的基础。

| Abstract: | The period from Warring States Period to Southern and Northern Dynasties(475B.C.-581A.D.) is the early stage of feudal society in China.In this period,the Chinese prison system experienced a course of evolution from emergence to development,including the appearance of prison,the formation of penological ideas and the establishment of prison administration system.This evolution of prison system is significant in that it had achieved the significant transformation of prison system from slavery to feudalism,and that it had laid a solid foundation for the development and perfection of the system in the following feudal dynasties. |
