| 摘 要： | 大力发展高端服务业是实现经济转型升级、增强辐射力度、提升竞争力的重要途径。分析如何推进高端服务业快速、稳步的发展,对我国经济转型升级意义重大。本文研究了社会复合主体创造发展高端服务业所需条件的可行性。针对各类高端服务业项目建设及运作过程中不同主体的作用和地位,将社会复合主体分为三类,并研究了不同类型社会复合主体推进高端服务业发展的运作机制。
