大桥时代对舟山海洋开发转型发展的思考

跨海大桥的开通使舟山迎来了海洋开发新时代,舟山的区位优势、资源优势进一步凸显。但舟山真正要进入大桥时代,需要继续解放思想,增强忧患意识、竞争意识,在大桥效应的影响下,正确审视舟山海洋开发的桥、岛、港、城、服务等相关关系,进行海洋开发的战略转型。战略转型应该从产业升级、市场升级、开发重点、政府发展思想等方面入手,形成开放型、跨越型、持续型的海洋开发新局面,为实现浙江省建设＂海洋经济强省＂和推进海洋经济发展带规划建设的总体目标做出贡献。
