| 摘 要： | 随着舟山渔农村社会经济体制改革的深入及渔农村产业结构的调整,渔农村妇女社会角色发生了变化,在渔农村经济增长中的作用日渐凸显。文章以舟山地区渔农村产业结构对渔村妇女的影响为切入点,分析渔农村产业结构调整中渔农村妇女的角色变迁及其影响,提出发展休闲渔业、吸收渔村妇女剩余劳动力,以寻找新的经济增长点;政府应在政策制定、研究工作以及数据统计中,将社会性别意识纳入公共政策决策主流,切实实现性别主流化。
