| 摘 要： | 推进住房消费对于扩大内需意义重大 ,为此 ,必须进一步完善我国的住房制度 ,将建立和完善多层次的住房供应体系、加快开放房地产二级市场、加快启动和规范住房租赁市场、进一步规范经济适用房管理和大力发展住房金融作为当前住房制度改革的着力点。

| Abstract: | Recently,the reformation of housing system in our country has made distinct effect.Housing consumption has played an important role at extending inner demand and impelling economic growth.Nowadays,to take a further step in the housing consumption,there are five key points to be done.First,establishing many administrative levels' house supplying system.Second,opening more quickly the second rank market of the real estate.Third,starting more quickly and standardizing housing renting market.Fourth,standardizing the administration of the economical and suitable housing.Fifth,positively making the housing mortgage loan worked as negotiable securities. |
