| 摘 要： | 中央与民族自治地方政府之间是以利益为核心、以权力的划分为中心的矛盾关系,理顺两者之间的关系,对于促进民族地区的经济社会发展、保障少数民族合法权益具有非常重要的意义。而只有通过法治化的手段,才能确立中央与民族自治地方之间的关系,使两者的权力运行走上法制化的轨道。

| Abstract: | The central government and national autonomous region governments' contradictions lies in the interests and power division.Straightening out the relationship between them can promote the economic and social development of minority areas and protect the legitimate rights and interests of minority nationalities. People can establish the relationship between the central government and national autonomous region only through legalization,so that the two powers run onto the track of legalization. |
