With the development of market economy and the flattening of modern enterprise structure,more and more middle-level managing posts are being removed.In consequence,secretarial work and secretaries are becoming ever-increasingly important.When modern enterprises are being internationalized,informationalized and intellectualized,secretaries should not only ponder over the ways to give full play to their own work in terms of information preparation and decision making,but they should also realize the new requirements that modern enterprises pose to them,and try their best to do well in renewing the concept of service and the content of secretarial work,and innovating their role consciousness.
