浅论企业管理中的秘书人才定位

摘    要:从在企业管理中的信息准备过程、领导决策过程及决策实施过程中的作用入手,分析了秘书人才在企业管理中扮演的角色和发挥的作用,指出现代企业管理对秘书人才提出了更高的要求,秘书人才应做到服务观念创新、工作内容创新、角色意识创新;并对秘书人才的角色定位对企业发展的影响进行了探讨。

Abstract:With the development of market economy and the flattening of modern enterprise structure,more and more middle-level managing posts are being removed.In consequence,secretarial work and secretaries are becoming ever-increasingly important.When modern enterprises are being internationalized,informationalized and intellectualized,secretaries should not only ponder over the ways to give full play to their own work in terms of information preparation and decision making,but they should also realize the new requirements that modern enterprises pose to them,and try their best to do well in renewing the concept of service and the content of secretarial work,and innovating their role consciousness.
