| Abstract: | In enterprises, there exist two rules, that are, exterior rule and the corporation's potential rule (CPR). The role of CPR is a key factor to mangerial performance. The definiendum of CPR is the behavior and criterion of the corporation standing by employee and not demanding the intervention of exterior authority and organization. There is an equilibrium in the game of exterior rule and the CPR. To animus CPR, the supervisor should regard the importance of reforming and avoiding of them. |
