| Abstract: | Prospering the country by science and education is a common experience of those developed countries, and is alsothe most suitable way taken to develop Beilun. With education as the foundation of all, we should enhance people'sscientific and cultural quality. We should also concentrate on making progress in science and technology to improveenterprises and countryside, introducing and absorbing advanced techniques, scientifically making policies and doingmanagement so as to realize the goal of prospering Beilun step by step. |
