关于浙江省高等师范教育现状与近中期改革发展方向的分析研究

随着教育改革的深入和发展步伐的加快，浙江省高等师范教育呈现出不适应性层次和布局不够合理，培养规模与相应需求不尽一致;独立的高等师范教育体系已被打破，新的统合的体系及培养模式尚未形成；毕业生的质量与就业需求有差距。本文认为浙江省高等师范教育应调整层次，重组资源；面对实际，构建逐步开放的现代师范教育体系;改善教学条件,加快教学改革，提高毕业生综合素质。本文立足于全省教育现状和发展规划，试图用较新的角度，探讨与教育和社会发展相适应的高等师范教育结构、规模和体系的构建问题。

A Research into the Current Situation and Short and Medium Term Development of the University Teacher Education in Zhejiang Province

As the reform in education sector is gathering speed, the higher teacher education has demonstrated the following inadequacies: irrational structure and location; inconsistency in educational capacity and real demand; inconsistoncy in the quality of graduates and their demand; and a new diversified educational system is yet to be formed while the previous one is shattered. Proposals are put forward based on the abovc analysis, including: the structure and resource allocation in education should be rationalized; an open and modern higher teacher education system should be gradually developed; education facilities should be improved and reforms sped up to improve the quality of graduates. This paper tries to approach the current issues and future development of education in the province from a new perspective, and explores to some depth the structure, capacity and system of a higher teacher education which is in line with the social and overall educational development in China.
