| Abstract: | Multilingual service environment will play an important role in the internationalizing process of native city, which also is main index to represent the ability of competition. At first, some brief analysis about the subsistent problems of language service environment in native city is given in this paper. Then a novel notion based on "city language service system" to construct multilingual service environment is presented. Moreover, the project scheme,implemented program,commercial operational pattern of the idea are described in detail according to our pilot study. |
