| Abstract: | Real estate industry is the most active component in the development of our national economy and it exerts a great influence on our urban and rural appearance as well as public living conditions. As we all know, the estate development in medium sized cities is the kernel of the whole industry. This article gives an analysis to the real estate development in Zhenjiang, a South east, developed city. It is hoped that it is of some help in the attempt to find a way to solve the common or similar problems about real estate development faced by other medium sized cities. |
