新时期我党利用资本主义建设社会主义的理论基础与主要内容

改革开放以来,中国共产党认识到必须在中国特色社会主义建设中积极地利用资本主义创造的一切优秀文明成果。利用资本主义建设社会主义的理论基础在于社会主义社会发展与资本主义的连接性,在于社会主义社会的生产力必须以资本主义生产力发展的成果为基础。与之相应地,利用资本主义建设社会主义的主要内容不仅在经济层面、而且在政治和文化层面的一切优秀的文明成果。

The Theoretical Basis and Main Content of the CPC Taking Advantage of Capitalism to Construct Socialism in the New Era

Since reform and opening-up,CPC realize that the achievements of civilization created by capitalism must be made good use of in our building of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The theoretical basis of this idea lies in that the development of socialist society is closely linked with capitalism,and in that the productive forces of socialist society must be developed on the basis of the development of capitalistic productive forces.Accordingly,to build socialism by taking advantage of capitalism may refer to the achievements of civilization,not only within economic field but within political and cultural fields as well.
