| 摘 要： | 中小企业技术创新能力的提升对于促进我国经济发展具有重要意义。针对目前我国科技成果转化率低、中小企业技术创新能力低的问题,借鉴经济学无差异曲线的分析方法,对科技中介组织的服务能力与中小企业自主创新能力间的互动关系进行了研究,认为它们之间存在替代关系,并且科技中介组织提供的服务能够推动企业技术创新能力的提升和技术创新成本的节约。

| Abstract: | To improve the ability of PPC has great significance for the development of national economy.This paper provides analysis on the interaction between service ability of medi-agency and innovative ability of enterprises by using indifference curve,and brings forward the opinion that the service provided by medi-agency is helpful to promote technology innovative ability and economize the cost of enterprises. |
