| 摘 要： | 朝鲜战争爆发后,中美双方出兵朝鲜的速度对比十分鲜明:美方快而中方迟。造成这种现象的原因在于美方是当时资本主义世界的领导者,对世界霸权有着强烈的追求。同时,美国当时国内冷战思维盛行,政府面临着“遏制共产主义”的压力。而中国则由于在当时的社会主义阵营中处于非领导地位,加之国内面临和平建设重任,所以在派兵问题上久经思考。

| Abstract: | After the breaking out of Korea War,China is quite slow in dispatching troops to Korea in contrast to American quick speed.The main reason lies in the following: America,as the leader of then capitalist world,has a strong desire for the global hegemony,and at the same time,faces the pressure of suppressing communism.On the other hand,China is not in the leading position of communism world,and also faces the domestic task of peaceful construction. |
