| Abstract: | The changes about Russian political system provide space for elites and masses to affect its diplomacy. Different elite political-economic orientations and elecroral behavior of masses both impact Russian foreign policy profoundly. The factors of conception, knowledge system and values promote Russian foreign policy to take shape gradually during elite-mass interactions. |
