| 摘 要： | 本文从当前中国物流人才培养的现状和企业对物流人才的要求入手 ,剖析了造成物流人才供求失衡的三个原因 ,并通过对开展物流教育的院校典型样本进行的调查 ,得出了物流人才培养模式、物流课程设置等方面的结论。
