| Abstract: | Through the exploration and practice on the theory of post setting and staff employment of teachers, this paper explains that to further the staff employment system is a basic item for colleges and universities to carry out their staff member system reform. It explains that the keynote of this system lies in the scientific setting of the posts, the clarification of the duties, the just selection of the outstanding and the strict checks. |
