法官责任制度的合理构建

法官是当今社会一个特殊的群体,不仅仅是因为他所处的特殊领域,还有他所拥有的极大的权力。人们已经认识到要去制约这种权力,但是长期以来却没有形成规范和有效的制约方式,这不可避免地形成了人们对法官的某种惧怕,在实践中司法的公正性就显得不那么权威,本文试图构建一个法官责任制度的框架,使这种制度成为制约法官的有效手段,成为法官头上的利剑。

Reasonable Construction of Judge Liability System

The judges are an especial group today in our society because they are in the field of law and hold huge power. People have realized it is necessary to limit this power, but for a long time there have not been the effective rules and ways. People are gradually afraid of judges. So the law cannot incarnate just and authority in practice. This paper tries to establish the judge liability system to limit the judge's power so that the judge can serve our society better.
