| 摘 要： | 不断扩大公民有序政治参与是当前我国政治文明建设的一项基础性工程,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求.但目前我国公民有序政治参与的制度化水平较低,个别地方甚至出现无序状态.必须通过加强公民有序政治参与的制度化建设、保护公民知情权、健全和完善人民代表大会制度、培养各类非政府组织以及加强公民意识培养等途径来逐步提高我国公民有序政治参与的程度.
