汉英文字符号夹杂现象的言语理据

国际一体化语境下,如何理性对待英文符号参与汉语表达、强化母语习得、凸显民族精神的传承是国人面临的课题。基于母语习得明显弱化背景,运用社会语言学、修辞学、认知心理学等学科方法,对汉语表达里汉字与英文字母、单词、短语(缩写形式)等的共同出现现象展开考察,指出这一现象具有符号象形、仿拟辞格、发音竞争、忠实原意、经济原则、财富征象、避讳含蓄等言语理据。这是文字符号非自足性的体现,对录存、传播汉语文化具有积极意义。

Language motivation of phenomenon that English lettering combined with Chinese characters

In the context of international integration,what is facing the Chinese people is how to rationally deal with the fact that English lettering is being incorporated into Chinese expression whilst also being able to strengthen native language acquisition for future generations and maintain ethnic heritage.Based on the fact that native language acquisition has been weakened,the paper made a study in terms of sociolinguistics,rhetoric and cognitive psychology into the phenomenon that English lettering combined with Chinese characters,that is, English letters,words,phrases(in shortened forms) and so on coexist with characters in Chinese discourses.It pointed out that this phenomenon is evident through symbolic pictographs,imitative rhetoric,simplified sounds,clarified meaning being conveyed,principle of least effort,symbol of influential people in society and the way embarrassment is avoided.The phenomenon shows how Chinese characters are not to fully convey meaning.It also makes a positive difference in documenting and communicating the language and cultures of the Han Ethnic group.
