论民族经济体制法

作为民族经济法的重要内容,民族经济体制法既是我国特殊的民族社会经济形态的客观要求,也是我国经济法制建设的必然要求。民族经济体制法的内容主要体现在宪法层面、基本法律层面和法规层面。鉴于民族地区经济发展和经济法制建设的紧迫性,目前急需在民族地区配置经济发展法、产权界定的基本法律和国有企业重组、改建及兼并的基本法律。
