北京市农村经济体制改革的回顾与展望

北京市农村经济体制改革已经走过30年的历程。30年来,北京市遵照中央提出的改革方向,结合京郊农村实际情况,在农村经营体制等多领域采取了一系列政策措施,推动农村经济体制改革取得了重要进展,积累了一定的经验。本文试对此加以简要回顾与总结,并对其未来改革方向做出判断。

The Review and Forecast of the Institlltional Reform of Rural Economy in Beijing

This paper analyses the changing process of the institutional change of rural economy in Beijing since 1978.Following the reform policy proposed by the central government and the actual situation,Beijing government has carried out a series of special policies to impel the rural economy institutional reform and has accumulated experience.By looking back on the changing process of it,the paper predicts the developing tendency of it.
