论大学城的营建与持续发展

国内外大学城的发展阶段以及形成模式均有所不同,国外大学城往往在一个较长的时期中自然而然地形成;而国内则表现为在较短的时期内“主动构建”。由于国内大学城的发展特征,其发展模式体现在以下几个方面,即形态组合模式、区位优化模式、资源互动模式和现代管理组织模式,它们将构成一个体系,在此基础上把握大学城的全面健康发展。

Construction and Sustainable Development of the University City

University towns in China and foreign countries have experienced different stages of development and patterns of construction.The overseas university towns were formed naturally over a longer period of time while those in China were built intentionally and over a comparatively shorter period.The domestic university towns have developed their own characteristics,and their patterns of development can be categorized into the following models: the Combination Model;the Area Optimization Model;the Resources Interaction Model and Modern Management Organization Model.These models constitute one system,which serves as the basis for overall strategic development of the university towns.
