| 摘 要： | 胶海关设立之后,德、日两国殖民者分别利用其对胶海关的控制,大肆掠夺中国的原料并向中国倾销商品,这在造成山东经济畸形发展的同时,也使山东的经济面貌发生了某种变化.胶海关的设立对山东现代经济的发展产生了巨大的影响.换言之,尽管有其殖民本性,胶海关的设立在一定程度上促进了山东现代经济的发展.

| Abstract: | Ever since the establishment of Customhouse Jiao,German and Japanese colonists,through their control of it,wantonly started robbing Chinese raw materials and dumping their goods,which caused abnormal development of Shandong economy and brought about certain changes of the overall economy in this area.The establishment of this customhouse exerted an enormous influence on the development of modern economy of Shandong.In other words,despite its colonizing nature,the establishing of Customhouse Jiao promoted,to a certain extent,the rise of modern economy of Shandong. |
