| 摘 要： | 船舶抵押权是担保物权的一种，在船舶融资中发挥着重要作用。船舶抵押权的登记效力具有两种不同模式，《海商法》和《担保法》对此作出了不同的规定。《物权法》进一步明确船舶抵押权的设立采取登记对抗主义。

| Abstract: | Ship mortgage,which falls into the scope of ship securities,plays an important role in the shipping finance.There are two kinds of validity of ship mortgage registration.Chinese Maritime Code provides different validity from Security Law.Real Rights Law explicates that ship mortgage registration adopt the doctrine of act against a third party. |
