摘    要:教师的教育智慧包括理论智慧与实践智慧。理论智慧是指教师在教育教学中表现出来的理论决策与决断能力,实践智慧是指在教育教学实践中机敏、灵活与有效地开展教育教学活动、解决教育教学中出现的问题的能力。教师的理论智慧是教师通过理论学习获得的智慧,实践智慧是源于自己的教育教学经验的智慧。教师的理论智慧与实践智慧密切联系,统一于教育教学实践之中,并在教育教学实践中共同发挥作用,保证了教师教育教学的高效性。

Abstract:Teachers' wisdom of education includes wisdom of theory and practice. Teachers' wisdom of theory reflects teachers' ability of making decision and judgments in education practices. It stems from thinking and learning of educational theories. Teachers' wisdom of practice presents teachers' ability of organizing and carrying out education actions tactfully and solving problems of education successfully. It stems from reflective think of experience of educational practice. Teachers' wisdom of theory and practice are associated with each other, and they constitute one of the intact mind. It makes teachers reach at more effective and successful teaching and education.
