公众环境保护意识状况调查

通过对南京市民环境保护意识状况的问卷调查,发现高年龄人口和低学历人口的环境保护意识较弱。市民环境保护意识水平还与市民在公德与私德、律人与律己、观念与行动等方面的取舍有关。要提高公众的环境保护意识水平,必须建立健全相应的教育机制、评价机制、激励机制、制约机制和社会参与机制。

Survey on the State of Environmental Protection Consciousness of the Public

The weakness of the consciousness of environmental protection of the public is an important factor that results in the poor effect of environmental pr otection work. This paper, based on the questionnaire of the residents in Nanjing, China, finds that the old and those with low level of education are poor in their consciousness of environmental protection. The consciousness of environment al protection of the residents also relates with their decision on social and priv ate morality, regulating others and self-discipline, and ideas and actions. To raise the consciousness of environmental protection of the public, it is necessary to establish corresponding mechanism of instruction, appraising, encouragement , restriction, and socialized participation.
