我国纺织工业发展战略的调整

摘    要:1 997- 1 999年纺织行业连续三年出现全行业亏损 ,这标志着 80年代以来 ,以弥补短缺为目的、以平面扩张为特征的发展道路走到了尽头 ,我国纺织行业必须转入以提高增长质量和市场竞争能力为方向的新阶段。结合应对WTO的挑战 ,我国纺织工业发展战略的调整应包括 :1 以原料优势、人力资源优势为依托创造新的竞争优势 ;2 加快企业组织结构调整和产业升级 ;3 进一步改善纺织工业的外部运行环境。

Abstract:From 1997-1999,China's textile industry had been in deficit.It means that the development road,designed to meet the shortage and characterized by large scale and low level production, got to its end.The industrial development should be transformed to a new stage oriented to growth quality and competitive advantage.Thinking of the challenge of entering WTO,the industrial adjustment strategy should be as follows.First,creating new competitive advantage on the basis of raw material and labor resource advantage.Second,speeding up technology progress and the structure adjustment of industrial organization.Third,improving the environment in which textile companies operate.
