高校教师考核评价体系的问题与对策探讨

摘    要:着重从教学与科研之间的平衡、成果的数量与质量、不同学科的差异、评价的统一标准与群体差异以及评价的主体与客体等几个方面分析了目前高校教师考核评价体系存在的问题,提出了以科学发展观构建高校教师考核评价体系的一些思路与对策。

Abstract:The evaluation of university teachers is of great importance.This paper approaches the topic from the perspective of the balance between teaching and researching,the quality and quantity of achievements,the distinction between different disciplines,the discrepancies between the standard evaluation and group differences as well as the subject and the object of evaluating.This paper first analyzes the problems existed in the present university teachers' evaluation system and then puts forward certain countermeasures of constructing the evaluation system on the basis of scientific development.
