| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国民营企业得到了长足发展,已成为我国经济发展的新的增长点。但民营企业在其发展过程中也遇到了一些问题,尤其是人力资源管理问题,已成为制约民营企业发展的瓶颈。因此,如何提高民营企业人力资源的管理水平,是当前我国民营企业发展亟需解决的重大问题。本文列举了民营企业在人力资源管理方面存在的问题,并提出了解决人力资源管理问题的一系列对策。
