二十世纪九十年代以来 ,全球范围内的企业兼并此起彼伏。有的企业因为成功地运用了兼并 ,在短期内实现了低成本扩张 ,达到了实现规模经济 ,提高竞争能力和扩大市场占有率的目的 ;有的兼并企业不仅没有实现其预期目的 ,反而被兼并企业拖垮。因此 ,兼并作为资产重组的一种方式 ,可以说是一把双刃剑。全球企业兼并对我国国有企业改革有很大的借鉴意义

The Tendency of Mergence of Enterprises In the World and the Lessons to Draw from

Since 1990s,the mergence of enterprises occurs one after another. Some enterprises,because of the successful mergency,have achieved low-cost with expansion,succeeded in scale economy and improved their competitive ability and enlarged their market share;some other enter-prises did not achieve the above-mentioned objectives,but worn down by the mergency. Mergency,as a way of regrouping the assets,can be a double-edged weapon. The mergency of global enterprises is of great importance to our reforms in the state-run enterprises.
