| Abstract: | practising management by project regulations,deepening the reforms in enterprises,and improving the operation system with in the enterprise are new ways of the reform and development of enterprises. Xingtai Mining industry Co. Serves as a good example of practising management by project regulations,improving operation system,amplifying necessary measures,assisting in the management of Project Dept.,thus gradually establishing new enterprise management system for high level construction. |
