| 摘 要： | 高校学生宿舍是高校辅导员对大学生进行思想政治教育、素质教育的重要阵地。辅导员要加强对大学生宿舍管理,采取积极有效措施建设良好的宿舍环境、加强宿舍文化建设、创建学习型宿舍、构建和谐宿舍等,让学生宿舍管理发挥更高效的育人功能。

| Abstract: | College student＇s dormitory is an important position for college counselors to carry out ideological and political education and quality education. Counselors should strengthen the management of college dormitories, take effective measures to build good dormitory environment, strengthen the construction of dormitory culture, create a learning dormitory, build a harmonious dormitory, and so on, which make the dormitory management play its educational function more efficiently. |
