我国社会管理的模式与路径选择

社会管理的根本目标，是建构一个以社会组织为基层主体、以居民自治为特征的社会结构形态。作为一个相对于西方市民社会发展的后发进程，我国的社会建设既面临着传统资源匮乏和现代社会多重压力的困扰，又具备了在借鉴西方社会发展正反两方面经验基础上实现超越的可能。通过实现从管理社会到社会管理理念的转变，我国的社会管理和社会建设事业需要在经济政治社会结构和道德价值基础两个方面发现自身的发展逻辑，规划符合这一逻辑要求的发展路径，以最终落实于超越利益共同体层面的价值共同体的建构，来推动我国社会的跨越式发展。

On Mode of Social Management in China and Selection of Path

The basic target of social management is to construct a social structure morphology whose basic subject is social organization, and is characterized by residents＇ selfgovernance. As a later process relative to the western civil society, China is faced with lack of traditional resources and various troubles of the modern so ciety. However, chances are that China can surpass the western countries by taking advantage of the western experience. By implementing transformation of notion from management of society to social management, Chi nese social management and social development need to find their own development logic in two aspects, i. e. , economic, political and social structure, and basis of morality and value, and plan the development path in ac cordance with requirement of the logic so as to construct value community that go beyond the level of interest community, pushing forward construction of greatleapforward development of Chinese society.
